Shipping.

At The Sweeties Factory we offer-

• 1st Class Shipping for £4.50
• 2nd Class Shipping for £3.50
• We also deliver local orders for a fee of £1.00 for all orders £10.00 and over. All local deliveries will be made within 24-48 hours of your order. If you do not provide a contact number your order will be cancelled immediately and a refund will be sent. Once your order has been made we will text or whatsapp you to arrange a delivery slot. In order to be compatible for local deliveries your delivery postcode must be one of the below. W10, W12, W14, SW6, W3, W6, NW10. 

All orders which are shipped and sent are no longer our responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for anything in transit. All orders will have proof of postage provided if needed. 

The time frames shown on the shipping options are not guaranteed as all orders are shipped by third party companies.
